I had a mixed experience at the resort. While the rooms were spacious and very nice, I faced some unexpected charges upon checking in that left me feeling a bit frustrated. The maintenance staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we had an issue with the water, but the lack of follow-through on promises was disappointing. Overall, the value for what I received was decent, but improvements could be made in customer service consistency.
